Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How do I make my payment for the coach service?
On this page, you'll find different payment links for various cities. Click the link corresponding to your city to proceed with payment.
2. I've clicked on the payment link. What next?
After clicking the payment link, follow the instructions to complete the transaction. Ensure you have your credit or debit card details at hand.
3. How do I know how much to pay for the coach service?
The payment amount is different for each city and is clearly stated beside each payment link. Please ensure to check the amount before you proceed with the payment.
4. I've completed the payment. What happens next?
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message. Please keep this safe as it serves as proof of your payment.
5. Where is the take-off location for my city?
The take-off location for each city is listed beside each city's payment link. Make sure to arrive at the location ahead of the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
6. What time does the coach leave?
The take-off time for each coach is also mentioned next to each city's link. Please make sure to be at the take-off location at least 15 minutes before the departure time. Remember, all coaches are set to leave on May 4thst, 2024. We anticipate coaches will arrive Wembley between 12:00pm and 1:00pm.
For the return, all coaches will leave Wembley between 10:30pm and 11pm, after the conference.
7. Are there a limited number of seats available for each city?
Yes, there are only a limited number of seats available for each city. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by who pays first.
8. What happens when the seats for my city are fully booked?
Once all the seats from a city have been booked and paid for, the payment link for that city will no longer work. We advise you to make your payment as soon as possible to secure your seat.
9. Can I change my city after making the payment?
Please be sure of your chosen city before making payment as changes are not possible after the transaction.
10. I need help with the payment process. Who should I contact?

11. How will I identify the coach on the day of the event?
All our coaches are organised by Johnson's and the Coach Company. There will be a representative for each city waiting at the coach station with NLP sticker.In addition, we will send you a notification email and SMS with how to identify the coach, closer to the date.
12. Will the coach drop me back at the same location after the event?
Yes, the coach will return to the same take-off location after the conclusion of the conference.
